ILT company is a family business. Its beginnings date back to 1963 when Jan Szymczak received permission to establish a company called Impregnation and Lamination of Fabrics. Hence the name ILT.
In 1975 the production profile was changed to production of additives for polyester resins. In order to meet the market needs, ILT Jan Szymczak specialized in the production of catalysts for polyester resins.
In 2001 ILT moved its headquarters to Głębocko, Murowana Goślina commune. The new premises, having obtained all necessary permits and complied with all relevant conditions and legal provisions, have been used as a chemical production base until today. The actions taken have significantly improved the operation and safety of the business.
In 2010 ILT Elżbieta Szymczak, improved catalyst production and expanded its distribution network throughout Poland. ILT specialized in production of cobalt, iron, magnesium, potassium and copper catalysts. The undertaken activities made it possible to gain recognition on the market of unique preparations among a growing group of manufacturers from the chemical industry.
In 2011, ILT Elżbieta Szymczak joined the ISO 2001:2009 quality management program. To increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the management system, we are implementing in 2018. ISO 9001 : 2015. Providing services on an equal, high level gives a guarantee of safety, full comfort of service, fulfillment of timely obligations, price competitiveness, full understanding of customer needs, knowledge of the manufacturers’ market and provides us with the development of the company.
