Dear Sirs,

On 25 May 2018, the Act of 10 May 2018 on the protection of personal data Dz.U.2018 item 1000 came into force. The Act regulates the protection of your personal data in accordance with the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) of 27 April 2016 No. 2016/679(RODO).

– What does RODO mean?
Your personal data will be even better protected. There is an increased influence on how your data is processed.

– Who is the controller of your personal data?

– How do we ensure the security of your personal data?
We make every effort to ensure that all physical, technical and organizational measures are in place to protect your personal data against accidental or intentional destruction, accidental loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure, use or access in accordance with all applicable laws.

-What rights do you have in relation to the data we process about you?
You have the right to demand from the Administrator access to your personal data and receive a copy of it, to demand from the Administrator rectification (amendment) of your personal data, to demand from the Administrator erasure of your personal data in case the processing does not comply with the obligation resulting from the law, to demand from the Administrator restriction of processing of your personal data, to object to processing of your personal data, to transfer your personal data, to lodge a complaint to the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection (contact details in Polish version: Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych), to demand from the Administrator a data protection order in case the processing does not comply with the law. Personal Data Protection (contact details on the website of the Office at www.uodo.gov.pl) in case you believe that the processing of personal data violates the provisions of RODO.

– What is the legal basis of your personal data ?
Your personal data are processed because at least one of the following conditions of Article 6(1) of RODO has been met: you have given your consent to the processing of your personal data for one or more specified purposes; the processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which you are a party or to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract;
processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which the controller is subject;
processing is necessary to protect your vital interests or those of another natural person;
processing is necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority vested in the controller;
processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the controller or by a third party What is the purpose of processing your personal data?
We process your personal data for:
marketing products and/or services,
Production realization,
Offerings and sales of products and/or services,
After-sales service, including complaints.

– Who can be the recipient of your personal data?
We share your personal data only with entities that need them so that we can guarantee the high quality of the product and/or service. The data are processed on the basis of a contract with the administrator and only on the administrator’s instruction. We do not share your data with any third parties for their own use – only for the realization of our products and/or services. All partners who process your personal data ensure the security of your data and comply with all data protection obligations.

– What are the rules for transferring your data outside the EEA?
Where there are grounds for doing so, your personal data may be transferred to recipients in third countries, i.e. outside the European Economic Area (EEA) or to international organisations. We can transfer personal data to a third country (outside the EEA) only if it guarantees at least such data protection as is in force in Poland.

– How long do we keep your personal data? We will not keep your personal data longer than it is necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected or longer than is required by law.
